Ali Yousefzadeh

About

I'm Ali Yousefzadeh — a website developer, technical business consultant, AI engineer, and DevOps/SRE engineer, in whatever combination a given project actually needs. I don't split those into separate specialists on a project; I own the whole thing, from the server it runs on to the UI someone clicks through to the AI features underneath.

How I work

Structured and incremental. I'd rather ship a working slice, get it in front of the real problem, and build on what holds up than spend weeks on a design that looks complete on paper. That applies whether I'm rebuilding a malware-compromised platform, debugging a CDN/WAF misconfiguration, or standing up a multi-agent AI system — the discipline is the same even when the domain isn't.

Where I've worked

The common thread across my projects isn't a single industry — it's the kind of problem: platforms that are broken, stalled, or missing a capability they need. That's put me across a genuinely wide range of verticals:

  • Fintech & regulated trading platforms
  • Healthcare & medical tourism
  • EdTech & language learning
  • Immigration & workforce mobility
  • E-commerce

Underneath the vertical, it's usually the same core skill set: full-stack web development, infrastructure and reliability engineering, and — increasingly — AI engineering, applied to make the other two actually work at scale.

What I'm looking for

Consulting engagements, contract or full-time roles, and project partnerships where the work is real — a platform that needs rescuing, a build that needs shipping, or an AI feature that needs to go from prototype to production. I'm not the right fit for work that's mostly about adding a logo to a template; I'm the right fit when the problem has some actual engineering weight to it.
